I have a great amount of experience in almost every field of strength and conditioning (high school, general population, tactical, and all NCAA divisions). I am also a competitive weightlifter for 2 years on the national level and competed in powerlifting for 2 years prior. Along with this experience, I am driven to improving the lives of those I train and seeing my clients grow as humans is what motivates me to do what I do.
My go-to session consists of strength training, muscle building, and a metabolic finisher.
I love all food but I can always go for a burrito bowl or any kind of Hispanic dish.
I don't care for kale. I think there's great benefit from it but I can't get myself to like it.

My workout music ranges from EDM to metal and everything in between.
I played 4 sports through high school and 2 sports in college.
