    I feel I have the passion to connect with people. I have the ability to really listen, and understand the needs of my client. Anyone can train at home alone. However, everyone needs to feel motivated and given a leg up. Keeping them going, and enthusiasm.

    My go-to workout

    I use my stationary bike. I like to do squats for my legs. Lunges, and my planks.

    A wonderful homemade salad. Grapefruit, and homemade Smoothies
