I grew up in the fitness industry, my mother is a personal trainer, so I have been familiar with the gym for as long as I can remember. I also just finished up a 4 year degree in exercise science with an internship with a physical therapist, I believe the knowledge I have gained from both of these opportunities have helped to make me a great fit for anyone who wants to succeed in completing their fitness goals.
My favorite would a good leg workout, it is my strongest muscle group so I enjoy pushing the limits.
