I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from disabled to professional athletes. My goal always remains the same, to address their specific needs. I primarily focus on strength, but I believe all aspects of fitness are important and play a role. Communication between myself and the client is paramount. The more information I have the better I can understand how to address those needs.
My favorite workout is strength and muscle building. I love lifting heavy and getting a good pump.
I enjoy cauliflower mash and lean steak, fresh fruit smoothies mixed with greens, and avocado toast.
