I began my fitness journey by losing over 80 lbs. I achieved my initial goal, but in the process, I learned how much the pursuit of fitness and health can benefit us as humans. I wish to perpetuate this. I have spent many years in gyms and physical therapy clinics where I helped clients and patients from all backgrounds get back to their old selves, and then some. Together, we can make it happen.
