Client should train with me because I have a certification specialty that not many trainers carry with them that is exercise rehabilitative therapy. I focus on corrective exercise movements, injury prevention workouts, and programs designed to help people who are rehabilitating from surgeries, injuries, car accidents, or any elderly or trying to stay in shape. It is great for people of all ages and it's something you cannot go wrong with. Injury prevention is the way to go.
My favorite CrossFit workout is the Murph, but on a stressful I love doing some HIIT or Powerlifting
