In my first year of training and during my college years I have worked with multiple backgrounds, from youth sports to chronic diseases. Also my outgoing and welcoming personality encourages my clients to keep pushing towards their goals, and to come to me on days they do not want to leave their beds. I create a relationship with all my clients, to make sure no one feels like just another client but a friend I am actively trying to assist on their fitness journey.
My favorite workout would have to be a heavy lifting session, deadlifts and dumbbells are my go-to.
I love a healthy breakfast, eggs and sautéed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, etc.) is my go-to.
I hate imitation foods, they are great substitutes, but just not for me.
