I believe the training experience with me is more than fitness. What makes me unique as a trainer from my perspective and feedback from MANY of my clients is my ability to provide a healing space for overall wellness! Many clients feel empowered when they leave my sessions stating a hybrid effect of great workouts plus therapy. I've had clients joke around calling me their life coach and have seen many start their day low before me and leave on a high! My background as a trained actor and improv performer has also served as a major benefit with me bringing my dynamic personality into the fold. As a trainer I believe it's important to pull from all your life's experiences and it's helped me have the ability to adapt and connect to ANY client I train. My football/track background, tuba playing, Engineering studies, being a proud member of Omega Psi Phi, and my love for the arts/film create for an exciting training environment outside of my vast fitness knowledge. I believe fitness is a vessel to overall wellness and happiness in our life and I provide encouragement, motivation, and even entertainment to help them get through their sessions and take on the world after!
I'm a sports fan so anything that simulates athletic movements! HIIT, basketball, and a nice lift!
Nothing like baked or grilled chicken with a side of lightly seasoned potatoes and broccoli! Yum!
