I am your friendly, high-vibe fitness coach interested in holding you accountable to physical embodiment and balance in an increasingly digital society. My diverse background as an athlete & mindfulness coach gives me the experience to nudge you towards greater strength and physical balance while showing you how to bio-hack your body and brain to accomplish increased focus and cognition. I believe that change starts in the mind and so it is my goal to help you to articulate and clarify your core wants and beliefs that actually support change. Don't get me wrong, you will be pushed to explore the upper limits of strength & endurance. But I am also aware through my experience studying hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming & meditation that you can reprogram your beliefs in order to actually support transformation. We can get to the bottom of why you might set a goal but continuously resist executing it. If we break that goal into smaller, tangible habits you will begin to change.
