I offer a balanced approach. With me you get a complete program of exertion and resistance training with muscle recovery and stretching. I have a sense of humor and lightness and do not approach my coaching with ego--only a desire to get to the bottom of things. I make sure to remain in the beginners mind set, to be present and to listen. I understand the ways that health is interconnected on many levels with factors such as environment, culture, belief systems, support systems, anxiety levels and mental health, gender, age, sleep, nutrition, and movement (to name a few).
I love stability and core work as well as pilates-yoga fusion flow where breath and movement unite.
I love hacking "unhealthy foods" and making healthier versions (such as homemade cauliflower pizza)
I honestly don't hate any food, but I have a mean allergic reaction to peanuts, dairy, and gluten.

I struggled with autoimmune disease throughout life and fitness has significantly improved my health
