I believe the stronger the connection between a coach and a client, the more likely the client will reach their goals. A client should train with me because I care deeply about their needs and take the time to craft personalized workouts that they will enjoy while working within they're likes/dislikes/limitations. I don't only want to be a coach, I want to be a friend and someone they can trust to guide them to the top.
