I love all foods - I’ve never been a picky eater! My #1 favorite snack is Greek Yogurt!
I wouldn’t say I actually hate any food, but I could easily exclude cabbage from my diet!

I listen to a large variety while working out. The harder I’m working, the more loud and upbeat!
I used to be overweight and completely inactive - No one would have guessed I’d end up as a trainer!
