They should train with me because I have a variety of real life applications using the techniques I teach from various sports I played in high school as well as college football. I also have been coaching various sports for over 5 years now and know how to get people of all sizes and shapes to peak performance. I also have experience as a high school strength coach for both males and females. I am motivated to help people push themselves past what they ever thought possible.

I am not a giant veggie person so I have to get creative with getting in my colors every day.
