I believe i stand out from other trainers because of my passion, knowledge and experience in a wide variety of the exercise sciences. I have both coaching and competitive experience in sports like Tennis, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, and a background in general strength and conditioning and health coaching. I am confident that I can identify key aspects and needs in each client, and manipulate the different variables of exercise to create the best possible programs for them.
My favorite exercises are Snatches, Squats, Overhead Presses, Deadlifts, Pull-Ups and Farmer's Walks
I love egg white and veggie omelets , greek yogurt and fruit, grilled chicken and sweet potato.
