I have over 17 yrs of experience training clients/students from age 6y thru 92y as my full-time occupation. I tailor each program, given a client's unique goals, chronic conditions, medical history and current capabilities. Goals are reached through safe and consistent progression through levels of mastery.
Traditional(safe)weight lifting. Mix it up(free weights/machines/body-weight/TRX)+Abs & cardio.
Brkfast= Plant-based protein shake with 25 ingredients. Lunch/Dinner= quinoa/steak/chicken salads.
Don't eat it if I hate it. Not a fan of soy. Cannot eat any dairy or grains (dietary restrictions)

I'm a lot of energy & strength for 5'1", 114 lbs. I'm also an on-air radio host who loves the NFL.
