My mission is to help my clients develop healthy habits both in the gym and the kitchen to achieve optimal health. We all only get one life to live and so many of us shorten or diminish the life we live because of unhealthy habits. I not only want to see you live a long life, I want to see you live a long ACTIVE life. Seeing my parents struggle with their health as they aged combined with an early personal health concern opened my eyes to what poor health habits can lead to. Trust me, it is not fun. After getting my self in order, I developed a passion for helping others make the same lifestyle changes I made and it has become a career, a passion, and a lifestyle.
Chris's mantra
In my opinion everyone should work with a coach. We seek out professional help in many areas of our lives and fitness and nutrition should be no different. My goal is to teach a client how to be self sustaining while helping them make progress towards their goals. I train my clients to fire me eventually.
