My Mission

My mission is to help people live long lives and stay active. I do not want people to waste their lives thinking they cannot do something because they are physically unable to. I personally want to be able to hike, kayak, and snowboard when I am 80 years old. So, living a healthy life now assures me I will forever be able to do what I love longer.
