It is so helpful to be training with a trainer as opposed to solo training with free info online. There is accountability with a trainer, motivation when you most need it, someone to ask questions/voice concerns to, and the ability to change/alter the plan and fit it to your specifications and needs.
I’m all for efficient and functional workouts using both weights and body weight!
I love Mediterranean food! But I am always willing to venture out and I’ll eat just about anything.
