My Mission

My mission at 52 years old is to empower other women not to be focused on a number in life but focus on who they are & want to be as a woman. I want my clients to feel they can achieve & accomplish their goals through fun, firm & attainable goals. Inspiration for me comes from all walks through confidence to try and feeling positive first. When you feel positive you have more faith in what you can achieve more than being focused on what you can't. As a single mom for many years of 2 sons who played sports, I always wanted them to see me as a team player to them. I wanted them to believe I was a positive role model of activity. I was the mom that got in the batting cage, on the court, on the field with them. I yo yo'd plenty & didn't come from active people so I made sure I stay moving. I went at my heaviest at 148lbs at 5'2 to competing in bikini at 116lbs. I learned who I was. I learned discipline, focus & confidence. My coaches failed me, so I got my certification to help others.

Why Train With Me

Being in the service industry for 30yrs as a cosmetologist, fitness goer, single mom, & business owner. I know how to give amazing customer service. I listen to someone’s needs, fears and goals with openness, kindness and a great attitude towards helping with solutions and plans to help someone want to be their best self. I have had my own adversities that enable me to give understanding in helping someone achieve success. I am very outgoing, active and a great motivator and influencer.
