Based on my personal and professional experience I am able to create individualized plans based on a client's specific goals while taking into account their lifestyle habits and time availability. I do this by improving on muscular and postural imbalances as well as form correction to make the sessions safe yet enjoyable. We work on mastering the mind-muscle connection so the client can feel more in control of their body. I live an active lifestyle myself and besides the gym (I have been training since 2011), I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, climbing, biking, hiking, and trail running. I motivate clients to stay accountable and motivated.
