I believe that health and wellness are the utmost important factors in maintaining a happy life and if you want to live a good life, feeling great and doing the things you love, you must first take care of your body. Obesity truly is the main reason for majority of the health issues people are facing today, and I want to change that by helping people find their motivation and encourage them to start living a healthier lifestyle. I'm inspired by watching others succeed and it makes me feel SO GOOD to know that I am able to be a beaconing light to other people who are trying to better themselves, which is why I got into fitness and nutrition in the first place.

Not only do I have the motivation and encouragement that they will need in order to get through this difficult journey, but I also have experience. Losing weight myself allowed me to be able to connect with others going through similar struggles and utilize my first hand knowledge of what works and what doesn't.
