Why Train With Me

Not only do I have a degree in Exercise Science, I continued to study & self-teach, as science is always evolving. I am currently studying advanced strength & conditioning & TSAC. Besides knowledge, my experience is vast. I have worked in South Africa with a very diverse clientele, I have trained athletes, moms, geriatrics, and the list goes on. I train and coach from a nurturing but forward approach.
