A client would choose me due to my ability to connect and care. I feel most clients would rather a trainer who is consistent, cares about them and their health and actually forms relationships with them. I treat my clients like they are family and/or friends. I like to go in with a positive outlook and inspire them on a daily basis. Accountability is a major part of achieving fitness goals and I can definitely help my clients with self accountability along with trainer accountability.
My go to workout consist of a full body split workout which incorporates both upper and lower body.
I absolutely enjoy seafood, chicken, veggie and fruit options for my healthy go to meals.
I do not like tofu or fish that have a super fishy taste.
