I am very relationship-focused in my training. I think the initial conversation a trainer has with the client is the most important session of their entire program. This session lays the foundation of trust, culture, and dynamic for the entirety of the program and sets the tone for the entire relationship. I believe, and have experienced personally, that individuals with healthy coach/client relationships see better results faster than a client who doesn't "connect" with their coach. I place a lot of importance on text check-ins with my clients, wherein I will send them a quick text asking how they are and how training is going, if they have any questions, etc. I also make myself available to my remote clients to answer any questions or send video demos as needed, etc. I want my remote clients to feel valued, cared for, and important. I am very adaptable and flexible with my programming and place high value on learning every individual's needs, wants, and goals in fitness. Whether it's through strength training, mobility, flexibility, functional training, or a combination of all of the above, I strive for each program to be unique to every client I am working with and enjoy mixing up movements in programs for variety. I am compassionate and sympathetic, but also driven and motivating. I will encourage whomever I am training to do the best they can and nothing less and will push them on days they feel like they can't do any more.
I love a good strength training session with some HIIT incorporated, as well as a warm up/cool down!
Grilled chicken, baked asparagus and green beans, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and bell pepper pizzas
Brussel sprouts

Twenty One Pilots have always been a go-to, but I also have a workout playlist I fall back on
I ran cross country for one season in college… and hated it haha! (I’ll take sprints any day)
