I want to INSPIRE people, that thought their goals were so far away or never thought they could reach them alone like I did when I lost 50lbs in 6 months during my first year of Physical Therapy school. I originally got into fitness to become the next ARNOLD! Obviously, that didn't turn out to be the case, BUT I stuck with health and fitness for 3 reasons. 1) FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS! The endorphins released after a good workout, or creating a good decision/habit, is unlike any other. 2) MENTAL HEALTH/STRESS RELIEF! It provides me with a mental break from everything going on in life and I get to release all the stress built up from work/school. 3) GOAL SETTING/VARIABLITY! There are so many avenues in fitness (workouts, nutrition, lifestyle, etc.) that you can set new goals to strive for all the time, and that keeps me motivated and allows this lifestyle to NEVER get boring.

I played two collegiate sports during my undergraduate career, and I am currently enrolled in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program that provides me the enhance understanding, and knowledge, of human movement, as well as how to keep up with current research.
