My degree in Psychology, along with my years of collegiate cheerleading, make me someone who not only is able to help my clients physically through exercise and nutrition, but also emotionally. Having an education in psychology, I am able to understand my clients emotions and be there for them in a different way than other trainers. My experience as a cheerleader allows me to work with them as a team, as well as literally cheer them on throughout their entire wellness journey.
I love a HIIT circuit! Getting my heart rate up and getting a quick effective workout is my fav!
You can almost always see me with a protein smoothie of some kind, usually peanut butter and banana!
