Meet Coach Charissa

My Mission

I have been an athlete for most of my life and when I had kids I switched to coaching. I realized that it can be difficult to build your body back both as a mom and as I became older. It’s hard to find the time and put the energy into yourself when everyone else constantly demands both you and your time. However I found that when I took the time and invested in myself, I had more energy to invest in my job, my kids and my life. Exercising is not just a workout for 1 hour a day, it’s giving you a future. It’s building into your health as a whole: body, mind and soul. We take it for granted and then injury and illness set in and take options away. Life happens to everyone but taking the opportunity to make a choice for you- no one can take that away from you. You were meant to not just live but thrive as a person. My goal is to help every person achieve their goals and build a continued lifestyle change by building healthy routine and habits in their life.
