Meet Coach Chad

My Mission

I used to be very skinny and my confidence with my body and within myself was at its lowest point. That’s when it was time to make a change in my life so I turned to weight training and it’s been the best decision I have ever made. I went from weighing 110lbs to 210lbs in a little over 9 months and it was a game changer for not only my confidence but my health as well. Ive stuck with it ever since and decided I wanted to make it a career because It’s what I love. I’m very excited to help all my clients on getting where they want to be and having them make a change for the better so they can feel the confidence and better as a whole in their lives.
