Having a personalized coach allows for better instruction and training that is tailored to you. Google is great, but it doesn’t know you, your goals, your strengths and weaknesses. A personal coach gets to know everything about you to give you the very best results.
My go to workout is shoulder day and some cardio. There’s nothing like a good shoulder pump!
Ground chicken, white rice, some veggies, a crunched up bag of quest chips, and hot sauce.
Overnight oats, tomatoes, and squash.
