Powerlifting training 3 days a week. And, I teach cardio fitness and yoga 5 days a week.

Depends on my mood and the workout. From classical when lifting heavy to EDM or trap for HIIT.
I'm in the top 10 of the strongest competitive female powerlifters aged 45-49 at 56 kg.
