I would say that one of my strengths is being able to hold someone accountable for what it is they want out of life. I am often known as the "mom friend" or "therapist friend" because I am often checking in on others. I also like to plan A LOT and have the ability to plan out what needs to be done to meet certain goals.

That although I am good at motivating others, I struggle to motivate myself.
