In my opinion, an online personal trainer needs to be able to do many things at once: be friendly and available to the client whenever needed, provide easy to understand fitness and nutrition information, and be able to hold the client accountable. I believe I have the passion for fitness and people's communication skills to make this possible!
I love focusing on weight-training and adding in some fun cardio sessions that pump the endorphins!
My go-to healthy lunch is a big salad bowl with lots of veg, tuna, rice and a lime vinaigrette!
