Having experience dealing with an array of clients from; Olympic level athletes and everyday people looking to improve their daily lives; people recovering from stroke or gastric surgery I'm extremely adaptable. I always tend to keep the sessions full of laughter and I want to continue to bring joy while developing a healthy lifestyle with my clients. I like to see your goals as our goals. I always begin with corrective movements so you're not only looking better but feeling better. Many times my client's back, knee, hip and joint problems seem to become more mild or disappear within the first couple months and that's only the beginning of our fitness journey together. The only thing I ask of you is to show up and put your best foot forward.

I enjoy eating Greek yogurt, watermelon and spinach. I enjoy having these as snacks or filler foods
I despise cauliflower and mushrooms. I will do my absolute best to avoid them at all costs!
