I will listen to every detail a client tells me, whether in the meet up or in general and I will adjust their program accordingly . I like to take programs slow and steady to start to make sure all needs are met and then I will create a habit type program once I am comfortable we are going to meet the clients goals. I think I am a little different from other trainers because I take my time making sure a program fits before making it their day to day wellness plan.
My go to workout is always slow and steady. Unless of course we want a good sweat ?
I love vegetables more than fruit and love chicken or shrimp with lots of flavour
Depending on the day , mostly just get sick of foods. Don’t really hate anything full time
