My mission is to show people they can begin anywhere to achieve their own personal level of optimal fitness and come back from anything and start over, the same way I did after a near-fatal car accident put me in a wheelchair for 7 months and rehab for almost 2 years. I pushed myself to lose 100 pounds and regain my strength and mobility. I know the grit and grace it takes to believe in yourself and become healthy again. Inspiring and motivating people to do it too became my mission in this field.
Candice's mantra
I really put my heart into people. I listen to their goals, their vices, what triggers them, what keeps them unmotivated- all so that I know the best way to help them and keep them seeing results. I can empathize with people because I’ve gone through what it takes to succeed in goal setting. The loads of free info online just confuses people many times and they quit. I’m really good at retention and love building relationships.
