I got into fitness because I wanted to break the generational cycle of being unhealthy and overweight in my family. I wanted to change the course of my life and prove to myself and others that you can achieve a happy and healthy life, regardless of your background. I started at over 200lbs and within one year I competed in bodybuilding. Through my own personal fitness journey, I have discovered a passion to help others do the same. My goal is to cultivate a community that brings skills, knowledge and experience from all different backgrounds together, working toward one unified goal: to be LIMITLESS.
Camille's mantra
Not every trainer has a diverse background when it comes to fitness. My experience includes weight loss, bodybuilding, overall strength/wellness and powerlifting. I have experiential knowledge of these topics as I believe it is crucial to live what you teach. Not only that, but I have experience with certain health conditions and using exercise to help mental health as well. Information that is readily and freely available online is good, but it doesn’t take into consideration the specific client needs, health considerations and goals. Every person is unique in the way their mind works, motivations and physical abilities; therefore they should have an equally as unique coaching experience.
