I got into fitness because I wanted to feel good and maximize what I could do with my body. I started my journey with a love for sports and resistance training. This knowledge base allows me to guide exercise not only for improving muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness but also for the other pronounced effects exercise and healthy lifestyle can have on quality of life.
