Staying fit and healthy is my driving motivation. I've personally witnessed the benefits of staying in shape, and keeping your heart healthy, and am a huge fan of muscular endurance training. I truly believe that daily habits that benefit our health lead to great rewards in the future. I love setting up short and long-term goals with my clients & really enjoy walking through the stages of change with each person.
