Having worked with clients in the past, both online and in person, I understand value in building relationships. Being there to support my clients and listen to what their goals are, and perhaps the barriers they face to reaching those goals, is something I feel has really helped every person I have worked with. A simple google search can’t provide that. While not all free information that is posted online is necessarily bad or misleading, sometimes it takes an expert in the field to know what is good and what is not. My goal as a trainer is to use my education to make fitness/nutrition as easy to understand as possible, while weeding out the misinformation. As far as approach to programming, I believe that consistency is key to progression in any routine, but the element of creativity also has its place when it comes to making a well rounded plan for each unique goal.
My go-to workout is a full body strength workout where I can feel every major muscle group working!
I love Greek yogurt with fruits and granola mixed in.
One healthy food I don’t particularly enjoy would be quinoa.

I always enjoy a variety of music in the gym, but I would have to go with old school hip hop!
While I love spending time in the gym, I Would prefer outdoor workouts any day of the week!
