Because I have a NASM certification, taken multiple college courses relating to nutrition and fitness at Colorado State. Im also working with Professor Allan Mishra at Stanford to create a mental health program for college students. My unique life experience, bubbly personality and connections to people in the fitness industry would greatly benefit any client that wants to work with me.
My favorite types of workouts are powerlifting/strength training focused with added calisthenics
