My approach to this is to help you find the balance you've been looking for so that you can feel healthy, strong, and happy without feeling like you have to give up the things you enjoy.
45-60 minutes of functional weight training (free weights, kettlebells) finished with rowing/bike.
I love all food! The healthiest foods I love are Nigiri, salmon, lean steak, bananas, blueberries.
