During my time as a trainer I’ve developed a deep understanding of movement, motivation, and resiliency. I’ve had experience with just about every type of injury, medical condition, and training limitations. I’ve been able to have success with all types of clients and create programs that enrich their day to day. I invest a lot of time and money in continuing education and it is truly inspiring for me to continue to learn to be able to pass those lessons on to my clients.
My current favorite workout is traditional powerlifting. Love the strength gains I’m able to make.
