If a client is a good fit for me, they should train with me rather than elsewhere or solo because it means I truly understand them, their goals, and the path necessary to accomplish them. The fit between a trainer and the client is a very underrated aspect of effective training, and as long as the client and trainer have that connection and are on the same page the effectiveness of the training will remain the same whether I am physically next to you or not.
