A client should choose to train with me because I have the motivation and dedication that it takes to reach the goals of every client. I am adaptable and patient when it comes to limitations, and different set backs that may arise. In my time so far as a trainer, I have trained many types of people with several different limitations like, knee and shoulder replacements, athletic injuries, neck injuries, car accidents, etc. It is in my experience, that if you can push and motivate your clients to their full potential, anything is possible! The greatest aspect of my job is seeing results and achieving goals, I can assure you, that if you train with me, every goal will be met and I will always give you my best!
My go-to work out is a cardio and weight based training, that utilizes high-intensity intervals.
I love all veggies, with any lean protein like chicken and salmon. Over night oats are my jam!
I'm not a huge fan of brown rice, tilapia, or ginger.
