My mission is to create relationships that lead to healthier people physically and mentally. Physically, I am most inspired by clients who impress their doctors and are able to avoid or reduce medications. Mentally, I love it when a client uses their session as their Me Time. Being that safe space for people is a big part of my mission as a trainer.
