I tailor all of my exercise to the persons goals and illnesses. I currently work with clients that have chronic illness or recovering from injury I also have experience working with collegiate athletes. I can create any type of workout from strength/hypertrophic for bodybuilding or athletes to rehabilitation for older clients, clients with past injuries, and chronic conditions ranging from physical limitations to metabolic limitations. I can also train people for cardiovascular goals such as marathons and cross country. People can get general information online about fitness but they won’t be able to get a detailed program created just for them with someone to coach an motivated them through their fitness journey.
My go to workout is a full body strength sesh targeting all major muscle groups ending with a sprint
Nothing beats a homemade soup with garden vegetables (tomato, spinach and beyond sausage is my fave)
Beets. I will eat any other veggies. Just not beets.
