I have over a decade of experience collaborating with people on SMART goal setting and keeping them accountable. I am empathetic and non-judgement in my approach to help people overcome barriers. Together, clients and I customize the right action plan to achieve their well-being goals. I use confidence and motivational rulers to help clients recognize if their plan will work best for them. My favorite part is celebrating success with them!
