I am an extremely attentive trainer with a focus on proper mechanics while providing sincere motivation. Having a workout program is a great start, but a keen eye will keep you safe while getting you results. With my specialized mobility training, I can a provide safe environment where you not only have the workout of your LIFE, but will establish and maintain proper movement patterns. In the long run you’ll minimize injury and create proper posture. What more could you ask for?!
