My go to work out consist of a 5-10 min HIIT workout warmup, then weight lifting per body section!
I love Avocados, kale & greens, all fruits, absolutely love dates, quinoa, love salads and eggs!
I don't really hate many and the ones I didn't like such as beets, or squash there's recipes to help
