I think I would be a good fit for a client because I am very particular with my programming for a client and understanding their needs. This includes past injuries, and what’s often overlooked is their learning style. Everyone’s uptake in skill is very different. As trainer’s we need to understand what is the best way to educate a client, and reinforce not only habit but how to perform a movement.
