My Mission

My mission is to take what I’ve learned from my personal health, wellness and disordered eating struggles as well as my love for people, movement and dance to help others learn how to fuel, strengthen, move and love their body while learning how to live a sustainably healthy lifestyle. I’ve struggled to have a healthy relationship with food, movement and myself most of my life. As a child I was overweight and didn’t really have anyone to help me figure out what healthy looked or felt like. There was a lot of fast food, soda, sweets, overeating, emotional and sneak eating. I was very active in sports, but had no idea how to fuel or treat my body or myself. I fell into disordered eating patterns (anorexic, bulemic, binging and purging behaviors as well as over excising to the point where I stopped menstruating for months). These experiences among others have lead me to my passion for helping others learn how to create a healthy relationship with food, movement, themselves and to be well.

This work is about building connections and helping to improve my clients' overall health and wellbeing through fitness, individualized programming, and genuinely caring about my clients and their success.

My go-to workout is generally dance related, but I love a good strength training or boot camp sesh!

I am a plant-based babe...I LOVE fruit! Making treats out of fruit, nut milk & chocolate! Yum!

I generally love my veggies, but I really can’t stand radishes and arugula. I try...I just can’t!
